DUBUQUE, Iowa (KWWL) – There were no injuries and a cat was rescued in a Dubuque fire Sunday evening.
It happened at a house in the 2200 block of Foye Street.
According to the Dubuque Fire Department, crews arrived around 8:50 p.m. to see fire in the first floor of the house. Everyone living inside was already out by the time firefighters got to the scene.
The fire was under control in about five minutes. The damages is said to be extensive in the living room and with some smoke damage throughout the house. The fire remains under investigation, but it appears accidental.
