There's a beautiful old house on Verot School Road that you can have for free if you move it off the property.
And it comes with it's own ghost, a grandma named Alida, who lived and died in the home.
The post from March offers the home free to whomever will move it. The property and house were purchased by McLain Development, and they're offering the home free to anyone who will move it to another location for restoration.
"We have concentrated our efforts and development cost in saving as many of the trees as possible and simply do not have a place in the neighborhood for the home," the post says.
A few people were commenting that the home was haunted, and Dawn Vallot DeClouet chimed in to say the home is inhabited by the spirit of her great-grandmother, Alida Vincent Vincent.
DeClouet told The Mirror that her great-grandmother's spirit is not a menacing one, and was mainly known for making noise with the pots and pans in the kitchen because she loved to cook.
