Who Bought the $40 Million House on Netflix's 'Selling Sunset?' - Cosmopolitan.com

Last night I got a text from a friend that simply said “help I’m starting Season 3.” Naturally, I knew she was referring to Selling Sunset, a show she’d only started watching earlier that day. SUCH IS THE POWER OF THE OPPENHEIM GROUP.

Selling Sunset is addictive for many reasons, including but not limited to Christine Quinn’s outfits, Chrishell's divorce drama from This Is Us star Justin "This Is Us" Hartley of This Is Us, and, of course, the fancy real estate. Which brings us to the $40 million mansion.

We were first introduced to this home in Season 1 when Brett and Jason challenged their team to compete for a massive $1,200,000 commission. Everyone was thirsty as f*ck to sell this place, and for a moment, it seemed like Heather was actually going to come through with a buyer. Until she didn’t, lol. Fast-forward to Season 3 when Jason casually revealed that he’d sold the $40 million house for $35,500,000 to a mysterious buyer who made him sign a NDA. Ever since this fated moment, I’ve been unable to focus on anything else other than WHO BOUGHT THE $40 MILLION HOUSE?? and I finally have answers.

First, Some Stats on the House

As a gentle reminder, it has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, the owner paid $400,000 just to drop the power lines, the master closet is legit the size of my entire home, there's a 15-car garage, four hot tubs, an elevator, and it has the largest rooftop deck of any property listed in The Hills. Oh, and the buyer needed to be worth at least $250M to be able to even *dream* of affording it.

SO WHOMST BOUGHT IT?

Despite Jason signing a NDA, Variety did the lord's work and reported that Quest Nutrition co-founders Tom and Lisa Bilyeu purchased the house—and some quick Instagram sleuthing pretty much confirms this. I'd recognize that pool anywhere, but mostly from my dreams:

Wow, congrats to these two! Have fun holding up more signs in front of that pool!
