Though Selling Sunset star Davina Potratz enlisted help from her colleague Christine Quinn to sell her $75 million listing in Beverly Hills, another season of the popular Netflix show ended without a deal. As it turns out, she may have taken on the wrong partner.
"This is brand new information," Davina told E! News this weekend. "So Maya actually has an interested client who's seriously considering it."
In case you've been living under a rock and haven't seen the hit Netflix show yet, developer Adnan Sen first listed his luxury property with Davina in Season 2 of Selling Sunset. The 15,605-square-foot main house sits on a 1 acre estate. The contemporary listing boasts seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, as well as a gym, a movie theater, and a wine cellar. There's also a resort-style pool—which is apparently one of the biggest in all of Beverly Hills—and a separate 2,690-square-foot guesthouse with and additional two bedrooms and two baths.

While Adnan gave Davina a hard time for not finding a buyer in Season 3, E! News reported that the pair actually have "a good working relationship."
"Adnan has shown me another property of his that's $39 million," Davina told the outlet. "So Maya's client is considering the $75 million house and the other property. They're looking at both right now as we speak."
"I'm very hopeful that we'll get an offer from Maya's client," she added. "That would be so fabulous!"
