A mansion that’s hit the market south of Dallas is anything but a fixer upper.
Former Baylor University football coach Matt Rhule has put his family’s estate in Woodway on the market with a price tag of $2.5 million.
Rhule just took a job as head coach of the Carolina Panthers after coaching at Baylor since 2016.
With a $70 million NFL contract, Rhule won’t have any trouble buying new digs in Charlotte.
In the meantime, he’s hired Chip and Joanna Gaines’ firm, Magnolia Realty, to peddle his old place back in Texas.
Built in 2011, the 8,150-square-foot house sits on more than 5 acres.
The three-story, five-bedroom Texas stone house has a pool house with a gym, a home theater and a wine cellar. Outside, there is a covered patio, a dog run, a gazebo and fire pit.
