LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Prom is around the corner and House of Prom is asking for your gently used prom dresses to stock it’s resale event.
On Saturday March 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., House of Prom will open for its one day, $20 a dress event.
If you want to donate you can drop off dresses at any Metro by T-mobile location:

This is the fourth year for the event and they will have hundreds of dresses to choose from.
Patrick Scott is the program director at Hot 102.5, the organizer of House of Prom.
He said it’s a fun event that means a lot to the students.
“I think everyone should have at least the opportunity to go to prom,” Scott said. “At least we’re taking out the ‘oh, I have nothing to wear’ complaint.”
In addition to giving a low cost option, part of the proceeds will go to Dress for Success.
The exact location will be at Lexington Green between Woodhouse Day Spa and Modern Nail Care.
